Thank you so so much for uploading Merlin every week right after the show has aired! I am not a UK resident and I can't watch the clips on the BBC website so I am really gratefull, Merlin is a great series!

About the show:
Episode 6 was the best episode out of the whole series so far, but I find it hard to see much character development and pretty much plot development. Does anyone else see this? I mean, its turning out to be like other shows where it just staggers on and each episode is just another waste of time.

piracyisfun, this series was inspired by Smallville, and we all know it took Smallville a long time to really develop into something big. Also, this is a something the BBC is doing to fill Doctor Who's time-slot on Saturdays.
To me, last weeks' episode has been the best so far, "The Beginning of the End." It's a dark omen for most of us who are familiar with the King Arthur mythos. And we all knew who the druid boy was, didn't we?

I can see where PiracyIsFun is coming from though. For a kingdom where magic is outlawed, there seems to be an awful lot of people around who can use magic. It would be nice to see an episode where the plot isn't "Magic user appears. Merlin & others save/expose magic user. Uther grumbles about magic. The end".

great show, even though gets a little repetetive, arthur or uther are always about to be killed and merlin has to use his powers to save them.. same thing each episode.
